Award-winning illusionist Bill Blagg to perform at ECC Arts Center Oct. 12

The Elgin Community College Arts Center presents “The Magic of Bill Blagg LIVE!” on Saturday, Oct. 12.

Illusionist Bill Blagg has been hailed by critics across the country for his unique style of magic and illusion. Blagg has been featured on NBC, CBS, and Fox networks. He broke out as an artist at 18 when he won a prestigious magic competition at the nation’s largest magic convention in Colon, Michigan, making him the youngest contestant ever to win.

Audiences can look forward to being randomly chosen to float midair or vanish at a moment’s notice.

Blagg is widely regarded for his unconventional style of magic, preferring to thrill his audience with incredible grand-scale illusions than playing card tricks.

The show will begin at 7 p.m. in the Blizzard Theatre on ECC’s Spartan Drive Campus, 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin.

Tickets to see “The Magic of Bill Blagg Live!” are $37 and can be purchased online at eccartscenter.org/tickets or by calling the ECC Arts Center box office at (847) 622-0300
