DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International represents CenterPoint Properties in Montgomery lease

(Elmhurst, Illinois) – DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker George Cibula and President Rick Daly recently represented CenterPoint Properties in its lease of 239,190 square feet at 900 Knell Road, Unit C in Montgomery, IL, to Parceljet Information Technology, LLC.

The professional cross-border logistics company is expanding from its costal locations to grow its presence in the Midwest.

“Parceljet wanted to increase its delivery capacity in the U.S. heartland and having a location in the Chicago area was ideal for that purpose,” says Cibula. “This space in the western suburb has great access to I-88, and offers a large contiguous space for a good price.”

The space is part of a 992,462 square foot building on a 71-acre site. Built in 1960, the space has 30 foot clear height, 17 exterior docks, and one drive-in door. The building was renovated in 2000. Parking is available for 184 trailers and more than 600 cars, making it an ideal building for logistics users.

Danielle Radtke, senior vice president, and Patrick Smith, director of construction of CenterPoint, were instrumental in getting Parceljet into the space in a short timeframe.
