North Chicago Resident Elected District President of Illinois American Legion Auxiliary

North Chicago resident LaVera Davis was installed as the new President of the 10th District of the Illinois American Legion Auxiliary. The 10th District of the Illinois ALA serves Lake County. The installation of officers ceremony took place on Sept. 15 at the Fox Lake American Legion Post 703 building. Following the ceremony, lunch was served to all Legionnaires, Auxiliary members, and guests.

LaVera Davis is an active member of the Waukegan ALA Unit 281.
