Gurnee hosts town hall on east side concerns
The Gurnee Village Board is hosting a town hall Monday, Sept. 30 for residents and businesses to share concerns related to the area generally located east of Route 41.
The session will include a presentation by police on traffic safety, neighborhood crime and crime prevention. Information on how residents can assist in addressing issues will be shared and representatives from other village departments will be on hand.
The purpose of the town hall is for elected officials and staff to hear concerns and gather information to help prioritize concerns, develop action plans and allocate resources.
The session is from 7 to 9 p.m. at village hall, 325 N. O’Plaine Road and will be livestreamed at www.youtube.com/villageofgurnee.
