College Theater brings murder and intrigue to COD with Agatha Christie’s classic ‘Mousetrap’ Oct. 3-20

The College of DuPage Theater program begins the fall semester with Agatha Christie’s “Mousetrap,” directed by Daniel Millhouse.

Performances are 8 p.m. Thursday to Saturday and 3 p.m. Sundays, from Oct. 3-20, in the Studio Theatre at the McAninch Arts Center on COD’s Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

As news spreads of a murder in London, a group of seven strangers are snowed in at a remote countryside guesthouse. When a police sergeant arrives, the guests discover — to their horror — that a killer is in their midst!

One by one, the suspicious characters reveal their sordid pasts. Which one is the murderer? Who will be the next victim?

A pre-show with the director and designers will be held at 6:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, and a post-show with directors and actors on Friday, Oct. 11.

Tickets are $16 or $14 for students and seniors. For more information, visit atthemac.org/events/the-mouse-trap/ or call (630) 942-4000.
