Pickleball Tournament for ages 55+ a clear winner

The Arlington Heights Senior Center, Inc. (Foundation) is extending a big thank you to all 72 players who participated in the third annual Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, Sept. 14, at Dryden Pickleball Courts in Arlington Heights.

Advanced winners: (1) Rocky Ruggiero, (2) Matt Alex, (3) Robert Ives; Intermediate winners: (1) Donald Peterson, (2) Gil Barker, (3) Neil Manaliod; Beginner winners: (1) Lisa Shofstall, (2) Jim Burton, (3) Cathy Ostrander. The tournament is especially for people aged 55 and over.

The Pickleball Tournament raised funds for the Foundation of the Arlington Heights Senior Center, through providing support of programs and help reach older adults in the Arlington Heights area. The Arlington Heights Senior Center, Inc Foundation is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization who raises funds to support the programs and services of the eight agencies of the Arlington Heights Senior Center.

Join for Casino Night

The Casino Night at the Senior Center is sure to be a great time with heavy appetizers, festive mocktails and casino games with $100 of “fun money” to play roulette, blackjack, poker, craps and bingo. Baskets will be available to bid on.
