Maine East Wall of Honor nominations open
Maine East High School and its Wall of Honor Selection Committee seeks to recognize graduates for their outstanding contributions to society through significant career accomplishments and/or community service.
The Wall of Honor serves the dual purpose of recognizing such accomplishments and presenting Distinguished Alumni as role models for current students at Maine East High School.
To be considered for this honor, nominees must meet the following criteria:
- Nominees must have graduated from Maine East High School.
- Nominees must be at least 35 years old. Nominees may be recognized posthumously.
- Nominee’s achievements have gone beyond a personal benefit and his/her contributions are of a significant nature for the community and society.
- Nominee’s contributions are recognized on a community, statewide or national basis.
Any person seeking to nominate a person for inclusion on the wall, should complete the nomination form which is located on the Maine East website at maine207.org.
In addition, please send a resume for the nominee and a brief statement explaining the nomination to Dr. Melissa Pikul, principal, c/o Sophie O’Malley, Maine East High School, 2601 W.
