On the abortion death count

Addressing Daily Herald writer Amy Hartsough’s submission of Sept. 2 wherein she cherry-picked some ambiguous data on the state of Arkansas and their handling of infant mortalities in their state, let me inform Ms. Hartsough of some data points of what Roe since 1972 has done to America.

Since Roe was enacted in 1972 data shows that approximately 57 million unborns have been killed, with Arkansas alone checking in with 3 million. At an average cost of $413 per abortion, the abortion business is a $500 million a year industry. In the year 2000, more children died from abortion than Americans died in the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, World Wars I and II, the Korean, Vietnam and Gulf Wars combined.

Ms. Hartsough might want to revisit her submission and her data about post-Roe Arkansas and who actually are the so-called “murderers.”
