Biden-Harris failed on immigration

Kamala Harris has been President Biden’s vice President for three and a half years. She was given one assignment, to secure our southern border with Mexico. The border was closed before she and Biden took office. Their first official act was to open the border to immigrants, legal and illegal.

They eliminated “Remain in Mexico” that President Trump had negotiated with the Mexican government which prevented any illegal immigrants from entry into the U.S. before their immigration hearing was concluded. This caused a human crisis that overflowed the border with illegal immigrants from around the world streaming into the US. These immigrants were welcomed with open arms by many Democratic politicians, including sanctuary cities, until the financial burden, health care problems and educational difficulties came to bear on those cities.

Through the direction of Biden and Harris, in three and a half years, the administration released 5.4 million migrants and a staggering 1.9 million illegal immigrants termed gotaways because their identities are unknown to border security. According to the Judicial Committee, 375 individuals are on the United States’ terrorist watchlist.

Yes, the United States is a melting pot of immigrants. But those are legal immigrants. Immigrants who want a better life for themselves and their families simply must obey our federal immigration laws and wait their turn as our fathers and grandfathers did.

There are over 8 billion people in this world, 25% to 30% live on a daily budget of $3.65. or less. That makes about 2 to 3 billion people in poverty worldwide. The United States donates between $30 billion and $40 billion yearly to impoverished people worldwide. As you see, the United States cannot be paternalistic to the world without the demise of our country.
