Message whiplash

Hold on, J.B. Did you really mean to say: “ … take it from an actual billionaire…”?

Is that the message you wanted to convey to the party of the working class? I thought you were addressing the DNC, not the RNC. And right after Sen. Bernie Sanders talked about anti-oligarchs.

I experienced whiplash. Yet for some reason, delegates applauded and the media globbed on to your witticism, repeating it endlessly. I’m glad Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart called out the hypocrisy. No wonder the Democratic Party is in disarray.
