Legalizing fascism

America’s constitutional rights, freedoms and protections have been systematically overturned by a rogue right-wing court of unelected, unaccountable Republicans in black robes. The disastrous 2010 Citizens United vs FEC 5-4 ruling opened the floodgates to legalized bribery by greedy billionaires, using undisclosed dark money to influence corrupt justices, judges, House and Senate members in order to enact policies rejected by the vast majority of citizens.

For more than a decade, these “justices” have been stripping away America’s voting rights, civil rights, consumer, labor, gun safety reforms, environmental and health care protections. The most recent rulings deny a women’s right to her own bodily autonomy, reproductive freedom and maternal healthcare, legalizing racial gerrymanders, overturning the bribery conviction of Indiana Mayor James Snyder and the list goes on.

The overthrow of the Chevron Deference last month gives polluters, swindlers and corporate CEOs freedom to exploit our environment, consumers, labor and the rule of law in order to further their already record profits to the detriment of We the People. Most egregiously they ruled that the most corrupt former president in our 248-year history Is free from accountability for his failed coup d’etat, sedition, election subversion, insurrection and espionage grand jury indictments along with any crimes committed by a president.

The Supreme Court is paving the way for Agenda 2025 to transform our constitutional republic, democracy and rule of law into a lawless fascist kleptocracy modeled after Putin’s Russia and cheered on by American oligarchs. The only way to prevent this American demise is tor patriotic Democrats, Independents, sensible Republicans and the 40% of non-voters to rise up and reject this fascism at the ballot box. Please vote for our children’s future to be free from plutocracy.
