Ray Bradbury arts and music fest this Saturday
The 24th annual Ray Bradbury’s Dandelion Wine Arts & Music Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 4:51 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 at Bowen Park, 1800 N. Sheridan Road, Waukegan.
The festival celebrates Waukegan born Bradbury, an author and screenwriter in fantasy, science fiction, horror and mystery with arts and live music.
Painters, sculptors and photographers will have art for sale. Attendees can create art and the Haines House Museum will be open for free, self-guided tours.
Dandelion Gallery & Studio will host an artist demonstration and limited-edition Dandelion Wine Seltzer made specifically for the festival will be on sale.
