Protect our country

Would you vote for a convicted felon for PTA president? Of course not. Or one who has many failed business ventures? No. To add to those red flags, former President Trump does not have the support of his colleagues who worked side by side with him at the White House, including Vice President Mike Pence.

Those are people who knew him best, better than his cultlike MAGA supporters, who are not doing any research. They are listening to his lies and embracing insults to his opponents. Trump’s best friends are in jail (Bannon) or disbarred (Giuliani). And he’s running to represent our country.

Our forefathers fought for our freedom: freedom for democracy and the rights of individuals. Between the Supreme Court and the Jan. 6 insurrection, our democracy is being challenged. It is our country, not Trump’s country.
