Part of Western Avenue in Batavia to be closed for 2 weeks

Part of Western Avenue in Batavia will be closed Tuesday through Aug. 11 for road construction work.

The stretch between McKee Street and Fabyan Parkway will be closed for crews to remove and replace pavement. Detours will be posted.

This is part of a Kane County Transportation Division project at Fabyan and Western.
