Elites determined Democratic nominee

Our country has a tradition or history of having primaries to determine who will become a candidate for the office of president. The candidates would campaign, debate and allow the voters to make a decision. Ordinary citizens participated in this selection process. It was a democratic process.

Frankly, the existential threat to democracy as we know it are the leaders, elite donors and elected officials of the Democratic Party and the press that never exposed or hid President Biden’s cognitive limitations. These elites put forth a Manchurian candidate, President Biden was hidden for obvious cognitive reasons, his abilities were never challenged or questioned by the press and they consistently misrepresented that President Biden was of sound mind.

Now, they claim he is not and forced him out. For all those prior months, who was in charge? These leaders, who misrepresented Biden’s faculties, now claim that a different person, Vice President Harris, should be the candidate. These leaders, donors, officials and the press anointed her as the choice.

Did she have to campaign? Nope. Did she have to debate against other candidates? Nope. Did you get to vote for her? Nope. Did you get a say in the matter? Nope. She is the best candidate because the leaders, donors (George Clooney), officials and press who lied to you and propped up Biden for years, say she is and you better like it.

Does this sound like a junta, a coup, a banana republic or an undemocratic country? It sure does. These folks are the threat to our democratic processes and traditions and their actions usurp the input of voters. Anyone who goes along with this gaming of our traditions and supports this ploy are also true threats to our democratic traditions.
