Burger Throwdown at Buffalo Creek Brewing Sept. 1

The destination brewery set among the charming walkways of historic downtown Long Grove, Buffalo Creek Brewing (BCB), is gathering some of the area’s best burger cooks and restaurants for Lake County’s preeminent burger battle on Sept. 1.

Taking place in the picturesque BCB biergarten, the annual Burger Throwdown was a smash hit in its inaugural season last year and plans to top it off with more burger madness in its second attempt.

For one ticket price, guests will receive (and vote on) freshly cooked burger bites and a freshly made beer. Will a perfect original cheeseburger reign supreme, or will a new burger concept rise?

The event will also feature bands playing outside on the main stage, outdoor games and free activities for the whole family.

Buffalo Creek Brewing is at 360 Historical Lane, in Long Grove.
