Garage catches fire in Lombard

A detached garage caught on fire around 9:17 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of East Central Avenue in Lombard.
The fire spread to an adjacent detached garage and electrical transformers. Firefighters controlled the fire in 10 minutes. Nobody was injured.
Damage is estimated at $115,000. The cause is being investigated.
