Who should we pity the most?
After pondering numerous visual accounts of the attempt to shoot Donald Trump and the commentary from several news agencies, I first must state that such behavior is unacceptable. We live in a free state and should be excluded from such violence.
One thing I did glean from this entire matter is that candidate Trump finally has come to know what it is to come under fire much like his ridiculed veterans who served and fought and sometimes died defending these United States. Who in his own words were suckers and in some respects stupid for their efforts. I refer to Sen. John McCain and his incarceration in a prison camp in North Vietnam.
Who do we pity the most, I ask you? Is it the valiant or the coward who hid behind his family fortune and has later become to know that life can become momentous or who is to be our next president?
