Downers Grove village hall closed for move

The Downers Grove Village Hall will be closed on Friday, July 19, as it moves into the new Civic Center at 850 Curtiss St.

Village operations will resume on Monday, July 22, with new business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The police department will move in at the end of July. Until then, police business is being conducted at 825 Burlington Ave.

The Civic Center will also house the Downers Grove School District 58 headquarters.
