Cops & Bobbers fishing event in Gurnee on July 31
A free Cops & Bobbers fishing event will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. July 31 at the pond in Hunt Club Park, 900 N. Hunt Club Road, Gurnee.
Village police and Gurnee Park District staff will be on-site to help reel in the biggest catch, create fun crafts, announce raffles, and more.
A limited number of fishing poles and bait are available on a first-come, first-served basis but participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment.
This event is designed for young anglers aged 5 to 15. Visit gurneeparkdistrict.com/events.
