Why aren’t Democrats concerned about now?

Suddenly in the last week, our Democratic legislators have awakened and now recognize President Biden’s significant cognitive impairment. I am very distressed that their only concern is that Biden will lose the election and subsequently, they may lose their seat in the House or Senate.

I have not heard one word of concern for the safety of the American people by any of the legislators calling for Biden to step down.

Who is running our country? Who is protecting innocent American women from illegally-admitted murderers and rapists? Who is meeting with the head of Homeland Security and ensuring we will not suffer another 911?

Reportedly, our president is only “reliably engaged” from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day? What ability to advise does President Biden have at 3 a.m. when a call comes in that our military bases have been attacked-again? Possibly this is why so many attacks, deaths and injuries to our soldiers went unanswered by the U.S. military in the last few years.

It’s not all politics and getting reelected. Their first concern should be for the safety and welfare of the American people. And from the president on down, it is obvious they care only about themselves, their power and their careers, not us.
