Learn about monarch butterflies from an expert
Naturalist Kim White will give a presentation about monarch butterflies on Wednesday, July 10, at the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood Ave.
The discussion is set for 7 p.m. Admission is free.
White, formerly of the Brookfield Zoo and now an education coordinator with the DuPage Monarch Project, will touch on what people can do to increase the monarch butterfly population and related subjects.
