Apply to be Aurora Ward 1 alderman
Applications are being taken to fill the Aurora Ward 1 alderman seat being vacated by Emmanuel Llamas. The person selected will serve until April, when an election will take place for the remaining two years of Llamas’ term. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, a registered voter of Ward 1 and a current resident of the ward for at least one year. Applications are due at 5 p.m. July 13.
