State Rep. Moeller to hold coffee talk in Elgin July 8

State Rep. Anna Moeller will hold her next Coffee Stop Monday from 11 a.m. to noon July 8, at the Blue Box Cafe, 176 E. Chicago St. in Elgin.

Moeller, who represents the 43rd House District, will be available to speak with constituents about the state legislative session that ended in May and other important state and local issues, including the new state budget that took effect July 1.
