Des Plaines launches survey about local life

Des Plaines residents are invited to complete a survey about life in the city.

City officials teamed with the SPEAK Des Plaines community group on the survey. They hope to learn more about how people use resources and what needs may be unmet, according to a news release.

The survey can be found online at desplaines.org/survey. Paper copies are available at city hall, the police station, the Des Plaines Public Library and elsewhere.

The survey will be available in several languages through July. The results will be published this fall.

Participants can enter an optional drawing to win a $50 Visa gift card.
