Glen Ellyn church to host three-mile walk for the homeless

Join Peoples Community Church in Glen Ellyn for a three-mile walk for the homeless on Saturday, June 22.

Homeless populations are growing in America day by day. With your help, Peoples Community Church can make a difference in the area by listening to God’s command to help our brothers and sisters in need.

The walk will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the church, 670 S. Lambert Road and proceed eastward around the College of DuPage campus.

Cost is $15. Bring a nonperishable canned good or toiletries for donation Sign up online via www.pcc-onlinechurch.org/events or pay in person at the walk, cash or check. Check-in starts at 8 a.m.
