Continued support not logical or patriotic
The Friday, May 31, Opinion “The system' and Donald Trump” refers to Trump trying to hide "a tawdry sex story from the voters.” The 34 convictions, however, are just one example of a clear pattern of total disregard for right and wrong.
Lets review the "tawdry" past and possible future lawlessness of this pathetic individual.
(1) A $25 million settlement for a scam university
(2) Unable to run a charity in New York after "misappropriating" money from the charity
(3) Impeached for attempting to bribe the president of Ukraine.
(4) Impeached for encouraging an insurrection and watching TV instead of calling in the National Guard
(5) Yes, two tawdry affairs after the infamous tapes on what he can do to woman as well as a civil conviction for sexual abuse which one judge called rape. Not to mention over 20 other woman who claim to have been violated by him.
(6) Convicted in a civil trial of business fraud that could cost him hundreds of millions of dollars.
(7) Pending indictment for stealing top secret documents and obstruction of justice. Not to forget the Mueller report obstruction of justice concerns.
(8) Two more trials pending for election interference indictments.
This is not a man guilty of just the 34 indictments, but a man totally ignorant and dishonest of the rule of law. Yet, millions continue to support him.
That support for Trump is not logical or patriotism.
