Naperville Park District names synthetic field
Naperville Park District commissioners have named the synthetic turf field at Knoch Park the Wintrust Athletic Field.
The board approved the name Thursday following a 60-day consideration period. The field name will be in place for the duration of a five-year sponsorship agreement with Wintrust/Naperville Bank and Trust.
A sign will be installed at Knoch Park on the west side of the field along West Street acknowledging a partnership with the park district and Naperville Unit District 203 and identifying the park and field name.
