Elgin’s summer concert series now offered twice a week
Elgin’s Concerts in the Park is back and bigger than before!
Elgin Parks & Recreation recently announced that they have doubled the concerts this summer and added a location.
The concerts will be on Tuesdays at Wing Park, 1010 Wing St., and Thursdays at Lords Park, 100 Oakwood Blvd. Listen to a variety of music throughout the season. All concerts begin at 7 p.m. and run until 8:30 p.m. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs for a music-filled night!

• June 6: Trabucco (Lords Park)
• June 11: DJ Malfunction and DJ Orville (Wing Park)
• June 13: Elvis and the Jailhouse Hound Dogs (Lords Park)
• June 18: Banda El Recuerdo (Wing Park)
• June 20: Elgin Symphony Orchestra Brass Quintet (Lords Park)
• June 25: Libido Funk Circus (Wing Park)
• June 27: Ship Shape (Lords Park)
• July 9: The Asheville Mountain Boys (Wing Park)
• July 11: Tunes with Tim (Lords Park)
