Mayor’s motivation
The main reason that Mayor Stephens of Rosemont supports the Bears stadium in Chicago is that he does not want the adjacent entertainment district built next to a Bears stadium in Arlington Heights that would compete with his own entertainment district that already exists in Rosemont.
