Just following the progressive line on climate

So, after reading a number of recent columns from your climate change reporter Jenny Whidden it is very apparent what you are actually doing.

I am not against protecting the environment, but I need people that are interested in protecting me. That includes watching out for me and not towing the progressive line. We are not going into another Ice Age soon, and we all are not going to die from climate change in 12 years. This is not the main issue facing us now. We have issues with a federal administration that is clueless on just about every front. We have a governor that is doing nothing for us and using our own money against us.

You have front page articles on climate change and concrete. That is laughable. What about the story where Pritzker gave Rivian $827 million in tax subsidies but five days later Rivian announced they lost $38,784 on every EV they sold last quarter? In another story where you basically attack natural gas, the article states “As customers flee the increasing expensive natural gas system for cost effective and climate and health friendly electric alternatives to gas.” Again, you are laughable. I will continue to ignore such stupidity. Ask Com Ed about the hefty “de-carbonization fee” they are attaching to all of our bills and furthermore

What we want are choices. I like my gas furnace and gas stove, but I also like my electric dryer. It works for me.

What you should be doing is your job. That is being similar to Illinois Policy or other groups and keeping us informed and challenging the morons in office like you used to. Instead you are simply towing the progressive line and sprinkling in a few conservative articles is to keep us interested.
