It looks like Mr. York has not read the actual text of the 34 grand jury approved indictments of Mr. Trump. The text points out the extra crime/felony that Trump is alleged of breaking.

You undoubtedly don’t have the space for the entire text so perhaps you need only copy and paste a couple of the indictments to rebut Mr. York’s statement. It will be up to the jury to decide if the evidence presented accomplishes what is alleged.
