DuPage County Board’s Liz Chaplin to receive Rose Fitzpatrick Legislative Lifetime Achievement Award
The Bloomingdale Township Democratic Organization is giving the Rose Fitzpatrick Legislative Lifetime Achievement Award to DuPage County Board member Liz Chaplin.
