Bonfire and brews in Gurnee

Bonfire and Brews: Food Truck Frenzy will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, May 4 at Viking Park, 4374 Old Grand Ave., Gurnee.

The event features eight local vendors. Admission is $10 online or in person at the event. As the sun sets, guests age 21 and older can unwind by the fire, sample the flavors of local food trucks available for purchase, dance to live music from Matt Nanke, and compete in games with friends.

Drinks will be available for purchase from the Exchange Club of Gurnee.

The event is a partnership of Gurnee Park District, village of Gurnee, Gurnee Chamber of Commerce, and Exchange Club of Gurnee. Visit gurneeparkdistrict.com/events.
