Three charged in Naperville car burglaries

One man and two juveniles have been charged with burglarizing vehicles in Naperville early Saturday morning, authorities said.
Police were called at 5:53 a.m. to the 1500 block of Westminster Drive for a report of a person pulling on car door handles.
An officer found three people seated in a vehicle. John J. Bailey, 19, of the 7300 block of Winchester Avenue in Chicago, and the juveniles were charged with felony burglary and several misdemeanors, according to a news release from police.
