Consider food trucks

I hugely support the new valet parking in the Mount Prospect downtown triangle lot instead of having a bigger parking lot. It brings jobs, raises the land value and allows more businesses to survive in the triangle lot. However, I am unhappy with the village using tax dollars to pay for this. The village should consider giving food truck permits in the Metra lot to pay for this new valet service. I love going to the little food truck in Crystal Lake before getting on the train.
