Crime novelist to lead writing workshop at Des Plaines Library
Crime-fiction writer Libby Fischer Hellman will lead a workshop about building suspense in your writing Wednesday at the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood Ave.
The adults-only workshop will run from 7 to 8:15 p.m. in Meeting Room B/C.
A critically acclaimed and award-winning novelist, Hellman lives in Chicago and has based many of her stories in Chicago.
