Heavy police presence expected at training exercise in Aurora

Aurora police are conducting a training exercise today from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the VNA Health Center at 400 N. Highland Ave. that will require a heavy presence by first responders.

A large number of public safety personnel and vehicles are on site throughout the day.

Authorities are asking the public to avoid the area during the exercise.
