Sip & Shop Spring Fling Market comes to Black & Gray Brewing

On Sunday, April 14, from noon to 6 p.m., East Dundee comes alive with creativity as the Streetz Artz Alliance collaborates with Black & Gray Brewing to present the Sip & Shop Spring Fling Market.

Located at 311 Barrington Ave. in East Dundee, the brewery has over twenty different beers to choose from in addition to several ciders and guest taps. Building on the success of their previous events, this market promises an extraordinary selection of handmade treasures and unique services from over 20 local artisans.

Alissa Harris, a new curator and organizer of the Streetz Artz Alliance, spearheads this second show at Black & Gray Brewing, following the success of their debut in December 2023.

With nearly two dozen carefully curated artists, including Opal Dreams Jewels making their debut, attendees can expect a diverse array of stainless steel jewelry, tarot readings by Ten Cups Tarot, woodwork, pottery, culinary delights, and much more.

John E. Streetz, head of the Streetz Artz Alliance, expresses his excitement about Harris's involvement and returning to Black & Gray Brewing for another memorable event.

"The Last Minute Shop and Sip event in December was a hit, and we're thrilled to be back with the Spring Fling Market," says Streetz.

The event is family-friendly and free to attend, welcoming all ages. While there won't be food pop-ups planned, attendees can explore the culinary delights of East Dundee at nearby restaurants such as Mockingbird Bar, River Street Tavern, and D.C. Cobbs.

Teagan Hofmann of Ten Cups Tarot will offer insightful tarot readings and showcase her tarot journal and love and self-care charms for sale. Whether you're drawn to the mystical or the practical, there's something for everyone at the SIP & SHOP SPRING FLING Market.

As the weather promises to be delightful, attendees can make the most of the outdoor patio at Black & Gray Brewing, enjoying the spring sunshine amidst shopping and sipping on craft brews.
