St. Charles mayor plans State of the City address

St. Charles Mayor Lora Vitek will give a State of the City speech on May 16 at the Royal Fox Country Club, 4405 Royal and Ancient Drive, in St. Charles.

The event is free and open to the public. It will begin with refreshments at 9 a.m., then the speech at 9:30 a.m.
