West Chicago’s Turtle Splash Water Park to open June 7

Turtle Splash Water Park, West Chicago’s most popular community pool, will be opening on Friday, June 7.

This five-acre enclosed facility features a zero-depth entry, a bucket drop, slides, a café, locker rooms and showers, free parking, a splash pad, Toucan’s Hideaway, and more.

Turtle Splash is open every day from noon to 6:30 p.m. Daily admission is $10 or $15 for nonresidents. Children under 2 years old are free. Admission prices are reduced to $5 for residents or $8 for nonresidents after 5 p.m. daily.

Enjoy unlimited access this summer with a season Splash Pass, on sale now for $80 for residents and $97 for nonresidents. The facility opens at 11:30 a.m. for Splash Pass holders. Sale ends April 30.

Swim lessons: Registration is open now. The West Chicago Park District offers a great environment for children to learn how to swim, stay safe in the water, and have fun!

Birthday parties: Have your bash at Turtle Splash! They offer party packages to make your child’s birthday unforgettable. For more information, visit we-goparks.org/birthday-parties.

Hiring: Turtle Splash has a variety of positions open for the summer, including lifeguard, deck attendant, swim instructor, and admissions attendant, etc. We will be having group interviews each week in April.
