Indian Trails library board trustee resigns

An Indian Trails Public Library District trustee has resigned, citing work and family commitments, officials confirmed.

The Wheeling-based library board was expected to accept Andrew Sitshela’s resignation at its meeting Wednesday night. Sitshela was elected to a 4-year term in 2021.

It’ll be up to the board to appoint someone to finish Sitshela’s term. Details on the replacement process weren’t immediately available.
