Light of Christ to host annual Community Easter Egg Hunt

Light of Christ Church will host their annual Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30.

All children are invited to come and fill their Easter baskets with the thousands of filled Easter eggs that will be spread out on the expansive lawn.

Search areas will be divided into four different categories — toddlers, preschool and kindergarten, first- through fifth-graders, and special needs of all ages.

Registration for raffle prizes begins at 3:45 p.m., with the raffle drawing and egg hunt kicking off at 4:15 p.m. at the church, 1700 Longmeadow Parkway in Algonquin.

Children and their families are then invited to stay and enjoy Easter worship and a Children’s Easter Experience at 5 p.m. For a list of all Light of Christ’s Holy Week Services, visit www.locchurch.com or www.easterinalgonquin.com.
