Artisan Market returns to Willow Springs March 23

On Saturday, March 23, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., prepare for an afternoon of creativity, community, and craft at the Imperial Oak Brewing’s Artisan Market. Nestled in the heart of Willow Springs, this event promises a diverse array of talent, from local small businesses to seasoned artisans, all gathered on one site for a celebration of craftsmanship and camaraderie.

This family-friendly affair welcomes guests of all ages and is completely free to attend. Whether you’re a seasoned art enthusiast or simply looking for a unique way to spend your Saturday, there’s something for everyone at this lively gathering.

With over 40 artists showcasing their work, including a tarot reader, vinyl seller, and henna tattoo artist, the Artisan Market promises an eclectic mix of offerings carefully curated to ensure maximum quality and variety.

From expert woodworking to handmade dog treats, captivating apparel to natural self-care products, there’s no shortage of treasures waiting to be discovered.

Despite the cooler temperatures, the spirit of spring is in the air, beckoning visitors to explore both indoor and outdoor displays. While some may choose to cozy up indoors, 16 artists brave the elements, adding an extra layer of excitement to the outdoor experience.

Organized by the esteemed Streetz Artz Alliance and curated by John Streetz himself, this event is a testament to their commitment to delivering expertly curated markets that showcase the best and brightest talents in the community. With a focus on introducing new artists to the venue, attendees can expect a fresh variety of offerings with each visit.

And what’s a day of shopping without delicious sustenance? Pizza750, conveniently located in the same center as the brewery, will be serving up piping hot pizzas, sandwiches, and salads throughout the event, ensuring guests stay fueled for their shopping adventures.

Among the lineup of talented artists, newcomers and seasoned veterans alike offer a tantalizing selection of goods and wares. From Belonio Doodles’ whimsical prints to Project Good Apparel’s sustainable fashion choices, there’s no shortage of inspiration to be found. “I got more foodie doodles ready to find their forever home on Saturday,” said Job Belonio, owner of Belonio Doodles.

But the excitement doesn’t end there. With specialty items like George Gaitan’s artisan bread and Teagan Hofmann’s transformative tarot readings, each booth offers a unique experience waiting to be discovered. Gaitan announced the bread menu for Saturday’s market includes Caraway Rye, Guinness Stout Bread, Jalapeño Cheddar, Classic White Sourdough and Everything Bagel Focaccia.

“My readings focus on healing, self acceptance, and transformation, and come from a place of love and non-judgement, “ said Hofmann, owner of Ten Cups Tarot. “This will be my third event at Imperial Oak in Willow Springs, and I can’t wait to be back!”

So mark your calendars, gather your friends and family, and join us for a day of discovery, connection, and celebration at Imperial Oak Brewing’s Artisan Market in Willow Springs. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to support local talent and indulge in the magic of handmade treasures.
