Stone-A-Palooza returns to the Fine Line on March 21

On Thursday, March 21, Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles will be holding a one-day sale of beads, semiprecious stones, cabochons and more.

This event, called “Stone-A-Palooza,” offers jewelry makers a great opportunity to buy supplies.

Joining Fine Line for this event will be Cadwell Metal Art and MMC Rocks.

Dan Caldwell, owner of Caldwell Metal Art, recently returned from the Tucson Gem Show and has brought back some wonderful items including lapidary slabs of dinosaur bone and agate, meteorites and opals.

MMC Rocks, who have been actively collecting rocks and cutting cabochons for years, have been busy sorting new items and are excited to be part of this one-day event.

As with prior editions of this event Fine Line will have an abundance of items including strings of beautiful beads, stones and jewelry supplies, many of which have not been seen at previous Stone-A-Palooza events.

These items are priced to sell. Even if you are someone who has never made jewelry before, or who is just beginning, or maybe you just like to look at gorgeous colorful rocks and stones, this event is for you.

Doors open at 2 p.m. and the event will run until 8 p.m. There is no admission fee.

Fine Line Creative Arts Center is located at 37W570 Bolcum Road, just west of Randall Road in St. Charles. For information, visit www.fineline.org or call (630) 584-9443.
