‘Egg-citing’ spring events happening at the Lombard Park District

The Lombard Park District is providing the community with fun special events this spring.

First on the calendar is the Egg Hunt sponsored by the Lombard Lions Club and Kelly Stetler at Compass Real Estate on Saturday, March 23, starting at 10:40 a.m.

The egg hunt will be held at Lombard Common, east of Paradise Bay Water Park. All families are welcome.

After you’ve dashed for all the eggs, bounce over for a bunny brunch at the Lombard Community Building.

Take a picture with the bunny and enjoy an assortment of brunch items such as scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, mostaccioli, fried chicken and more. Pre-registration is required for this event via lombardparks.com/bunny-brunch/.

Can’t make the egg hunt but still want to participate in your own egg hunt?

The Lombard Park District is bringing its egg hunt to your front door! Register to “egg” your own house, a neighbor's, or a grandkid’s house. Each registered household will receive eggs filled with candy and toys placed in their front yard during the week of March 18.

Program Manager Katie Manheim says, “Spring is finally approaching! Staff are already gearing up for these spring events. Come out and bring your friends and family!”
