Margret Diaz selected as Bartlett Police Department ‘s 2023 Civilian Employee of the Year

Records Clerk Margret Diaz was selected as the 2023 Civilian Employee of the Year for the Bartlett Police Department. She has been an integral part of the police department for three years. Her supervisors and peers have recognized her for providing outstanding service and consistently exhibiting a highly professional attitude.

Diaz has shown selfless dedication to her colleagues. She has taken on additional responsibilities, served as a field training clerk for new records clerks and provided them with ongoing mentorship and guidance. In 2023, Margaret took on other responsibilities by assisting in the police department’s reaccreditation process.
