Refusal to accept truth should disqualify candidate

Candidate Susan Hathaway-Altman insists videos depicting the brutality at the Capitol were puffed up by the news media and show only “one side” of what transpired. She is either lying or ignorant of the totality of evidence in regard to Jan. 6. Hundreds of criminal indictments, trials and the January 6th Commission all give indications that there are not "two sides."

There are those who engaged in the insurrection and those who were courageous enough to stop it. Four police officers committed suicide in the days and months after the riot as a result of their trauma from the attacks of the people she called "patriots." Her disrespect for law enforcement and the truth should disqualify her for office and I encourage Republicans to vote for someone else in the race.
