Recorder candidate not a true Democrat
The Executive Committee of the Democratic Party of DuPage County unanimously passed a no confidence vote on Pete DiCianni. DiCianni is and has been a Republican for years. He has never attended a Democratic Township meeting, never served as a precinct committeeman and never donated to the Democratic Party.
Kathy Carrier is the current Democratic County recorder and must be reelected.
