Hanover Township to host panel discussion for International Women’s Day

Hanover Township and the American Association of Retired Asians will host a free panel discussion at the Senior Center, 240 S. Route 59, Bartlett, at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 8, in celebration of International Women’s Day.

Attendees will hear from a panel of female leaders who have overcome challenges, celebrated successes and chosen to challenge themselves to find greater success.

Panelists include Billie Roth, president of the village of Streamwood; Damyanti Gupta, first female engineer of the Ford Motor Company; and Officer Tracey Dendinger, Bartlett Police Department. A question-and-answer segment will follow the panel discussion.

The first 50 attendees will receive a bag of promotional items related to International Women’s Day. Light refreshments will be served.
